We collect as little as the site can function on. This page sets out exactly what that is, why it exists, how long it stays, and how to make it go away.
This policy covers this website only. It does not cover any casino operator, including the one described on the WinSpirit casino page. Once you follow a link to an operator, that operator's own privacy policy applies and we have no visibility of or control over what it collects.
The list is short by design, because a site that publishes information needs very little from the people reading it. Each row below states the purpose the data serves and the point at which it is deleted.

We do not collect payment details, government identity documents, gambling account credentials or transaction histories. We never ask for them, and you should never send them to us.
We do not knowingly collect health information, financial account data or any other sensitive information. If you volunteer such details in a message, for example describing a gambling problem, we use them only to reply and to point you toward the services listed on the responsible gambling page, then delete the correspondence on request.
Under the Australian Privacy Act 1988 we collect only what is reasonably necessary for our functions. For visitors covered by the GDPR, the bases are legitimate interest for security and basic operation, and consent for analytics and any non-essential cookie, which you may withdraw at any time.

We do not sell personal information. Limited data is processed by our hosting provider, our content delivery and security provider, our analytics provider and our affiliate network, each under contract and only for the purpose described. We may disclose information where required by Australian law or to protect the site against abuse.
Some providers store data outside Australia. Where that happens we take reasonable steps to ensure comparable protection, including standard contractual clauses where applicable.
The site is served over TLS encryption, access to administrative functions is restricted, and stored data is limited to the categories above. No system is perfectly secure, and we make no absolute guarantee. Because we hold no financial or identity data, the practical exposure is small.
Requests go to [email protected] or through the contact page, and are answered within 30 days. We may ask you to confirm your identity first.
This site is for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If we learn that we have, it is deleted.
Material changes are published here with a revised date. Continued use after a change means acceptance, consistent with the terms and conditions.
